Cowtown Hauler — SMS Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Cowtown Redi Mix ("Cowtown," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the text-message (SMS) program operated through the Cowtown Hauler application at haul.cowtownrm.com. The SMS program is used solely by Cowtown's own drivers and dispatch staff.

Information we collect

• Your mobile phone number, which you provide in the Cowtown Hauler app.
• Your name and role (driver or office/dispatch staff) as a Cowtown Hauler user, so we can route messages to the right person.

How we use it

We use your mobile number only to send transactional text messages within the Cowtown Hauler program:

• One-time verification codes so you can log in to or reset your PIN in the app; and
• Operational haul alerts to dispatch staff (for example, when a load is flagged as dropped off away from a plant).

These messages are sent only in response to your activity in the app (when you request a code, or when you have enabled alerts for hauls you are responsible for).

We do not share your information or send marketing

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent data to any third parties or affiliates, and we do not use them for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is used only to operate the Cowtown Hauler messaging described above. We never send promotional or marketing texts through this program.

Opting out

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
