Cowtown Hauler SMS, operated by Cowtown Redi Mix.
When you opt in, Cowtown Redi Mix drivers and dispatch staff receive transactional text messages from the Cowtown Hauler dispatch application: one-time verification codes (to log in or reset a PIN) and operational haul alerts (for example, a load flagged as dropped off away from a plant). This is not a marketing program; no promotional messages are sent.
Drivers opt in when they create their account using the personal sign-up link Cowtown gives them — they enter their own mobile number, and the SMS consent disclosure is shown on that page. Any user can also turn SMS alerts on or off at any time using the "Text message alerts (SMS)" control in their account settings on haul.cowtownrm.com.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — for example, when you request a verification code, or when a haul you are responsible for is flagged.
Message and data rates may apply. Cowtown does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
For help, reply HELP to any message, or call the Cowtown Redi Mix office at (817) 759-1919.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent to third parties for marketing. See our SMS Privacy Policy.
